What you will find in this website are the most influential aspects of my life and work. What I offer, what I've experienced and what I inspire along the way.

Historically, I'm a graphic designer/artist who continues to work in that field. Because of my love of service and healing, I'm trained to offer sessions and workshops using energy psychology and transformational techniques. And certainly not least, I'm the mom of a child on the autistic spectrum which has opened up a world of learning and experiences that includes nutrition, education and human rights.

As such, you will find samples of my print and web graphic design work as well as a series of sculpted wire & glass pieces that I call Glass MosaiX. There will also be information on the energy psychology technique developed by Gary Craig called Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) as well as the transformational system of Matrix Energetics as taught by Dr. Richard Bartlett including information on how to book one-to-one sessions with me using these two powerful systems. And finally there will be commentary about autism in the form of personal experience, links and support.

Put in a more enigmatic way, this site and the articles here are intended to show how we are all dynamic waves of expression. As you read through the discoveries and thoughts that are my experiences and process, it is my sincere hope that many of you will notice the synchronicity that brought you to this site as well as to offer solutions by example. There are many different models of self-realization to use that activate noticeable and permanent transformations within ourselves. The techniques that I share are ones that are supported not only by specific method training but by a lifetime of paying attention to the unseen that influence our human experience and applying in my own life.

The subjects found on this site are also meant to represent the changing face of modern life through ideas and practices that enhance the expansive possibilities of consciousness and the growing understanding of our personal responsibility and effect on the world.
